The Subject Of The Contract Is The Provision Of Services In The Field Of Sanitary Transport For The Needs Of Night And Holiday Health Care Called Wieczorynka For A Period Of 12 Months For The Municipal Hospital Franciszek Raszei In Poznań. The Service Will Be Provided For Each Telephone Call Of The Ordering Party, Within 30 Minutes From The Telephone Call Of The Ordering Party. Transport Of The Ordering Person And Patients Will Be Carried Out In The City Of Poznań, The Jeżyce District. The Service Will Be Provided From 18:00 To 8:00 From Monday To Friday On Weekdays And Around The Clock On Saturdays, Sundays And Holidays From 8:00 By 8:00. Franciszek Raszei In Poznań. The Contracting Authority Requires That The Contractor To Have A Technically Efficient Sanitary Car, Intended For Transporting The Ordering Persons Personnel And Patients In A Lying Position. A Science Number Of Kilometers Carried Out During The 1St Year Of The Contract - 11,000 Km. Settlement Number Of Hours Of Service During The 1St Year Of The Contract - 7 200 Hours. Note !!!
