1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Implementation Of Project Documentation For The Task Entitled: Reconstruction Of Municipal Road No. 110506E Wolbórz-Psary. 2. The Scope Of The Study Covers The Municipal Road No. 110506E, Constituting Plot No. 332/1 0006 City Of Wolbórz, Commune Wolbórz And Plot No. 332/2 0005 City Of Wolbórz, Commune Wolbórz On The Section Presented In Annex 9 To Swz. The Service Of The Section Planned For Reconstruction Is About 950 Mb. As Part Of The Task, It Is Expected To Rebuild The Road In Terms Of Surface, Roadside, Pavement (On A Section Of 130-200 Mb), Dehydration And Street Lighting (On A Section Of Approx. 200 Mb) Along With The Introduction Of A Permanent Traffic Organization. 3. Scope Of Works: 1) Developing Complete Project And Cost Documentation, Which Includes: • Developing A Complete Land Development Project For The Road Industry In The Amount Necessary To Submit Construction Or Perform Other Construction Works Together With An Additional 1 Copy, • Developing A Complete Land Development Project, Architectural And Building And Technical For The Electrical Industry In The Amount Necessary To Report The Construction Or Execution Of Other Construction Works Together With An Additional 1 Copy, • Bill Of Quantities, Investors Cost Estimate For The Construction And Electrical Industry, • Technical Specification Of The Implementation And Acceptance Of Works For The Construction And Electrical Industries, 2) Obtaining A Current Geodetic Foundation (Maps For Design Purposes) Necessary To Develop The Project. 3) Making And Completing Attachments To The Application For A Decision To Locate A Public Purpose Investment, Developing And Submitting An Application And Obtaining This Decision, 4) Developing A Project Of Permanent Traffic Organization In Accordance With The Provisions In This Respect, Knowledge And Principles Of Building Art, Along With Obtaining A Permit To Introduce A Permanent Traffic Organization Along With The Preparation Of The Environmental Impact Report- If Necessary. The Summons Of The Ordering Party Within 15 Days From The Date Of Call. 9) As Part Of The Development Of The Documentation, The Contractor Obtains On His Own Necessary Pre -Project Materials And Covers All Related Costs. 10) The Contractor Is Responsible For Familiarizing Himself With Due Care With The Subject Necessary Information Regarding The Conditions And Obligations That In Any Way Can Affect The Value Of The Offer And The Implementation Of The Order.11) If During The Development Of The Abovementioned The Projects Will Change, They Should Be Taken Into Account When The Contract Is Being Carried Out. 12) The Scope Of The Design Study Should Be In Line With The Regulations And Be Prepared With Due Diligence And Also In Accordance With The Current State Of Technical Knowledge, Be A Complete Study From The Point Of View Of The Purpose Which Is To Serve. 4.
