1. Part I - Cleaning Streets, Pavements, Squares And Parking Lots And Emptying Street Baskets Located In The City Of Ropczyce Covered By Daily Cleaning In An Amount Of 7.69 Km. 2. The Detailed Scope And Manner Of Performing Services Is Determined By The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Together With The Streets List And A Situational Map For Individual Tasks Constituting Annex 2 To Swz.3. The Surfaces Given In The Attachments To Swz Are Landmarks, Given To Compare Offers. The Contractor May Not Submit Claims For Differences Between The Surfaces Indicated In The Attachments To Swz And The Actual Surfaces Occurring During The Performance Of The Order. When Starting A Tender, Read The Subject Of The Order In The Field, Assess And Estimate The Size Of The Work. 4. All Work Must Be Carried Out In Accordance With Applicable Health And Safety Regulations, Instructions For Marking Works Carried Out In The Road Lane. After Completing The Work, You Should Clean Up And Organize The Area And Place Around The Works. The Contractor Is Responsible For Any Culpable Damage Resulting From Poor Organization And The Method Of Conducting These Works. 5. The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete The Order On The Principles And Conditions Described In The Provisions Of The Contract Constituting Annex 3 To Swz.
