3.1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of A New, Unpopular Retrofitting Of The Transport Of Means Of Transport For Zsp No. 2 In Łowicz As Part Of The Project No. Feld.08.08-Iz.00-0057/23-00 Mon.: Good Professional-Better Future Co-Financed By The European Social Fund Plus Under The Regional Program, European Funds For Łódź For 2021-2027.3.2. The Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract Includes, The Delivery Of 1 Piece Of Forklift, For Which A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Includes Annex 8 To Swz.3.3. The Supplied Device Must Be Brand New, Come From A Legal Source, Be Covered By A Package Of Warranty Services Contained In The Price Of The Device. The Supplied Equipment Must Be New And Unpopular, Without Loads With The Laws Of Third Parties, At Least Meeting The Parameters Specified In The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract. 3.4. Cpv Code: 42415110-2 Forklifts3.5. The Contracting Authority Does Not Set The Requirement Referred To In Art. 95 Para. 1 Of The Act, I.E. The Employment By The Contractor Or Subcontractor Performing Activities During The Contract Under The Employment Contract, As There Is No Actions Consisting In Performing Work In The Manner Specified In Art. 22 § 1 Of The Act Of 26 June 1974, Labor Code. 3.6. Note: Whenever In The Tender Documentation, Including The Specification Of The Terms Of The Contract, The Brand Or Origin Of The Product Or Device Was Indicated, It Should Be Assumed That Each Name Is The Word Or Equivalent, I.E. That Materials, Devices, Etc. Will Have (Characterized) All Parameters Not Worse Than Described In This Documentation. 3.8. The Supplied Device Must Meet The Following Conditions: A) Have A Warranty Period Not Shorter Than Specified In Swz, B) The Offered Device On The Day Of Submitting Offers Cannot Be Allocated By The Manufacturer To Withdraw From Production Or Sales. 3.9. The Contractor Is Obliged Under This Procedure For The Delivery Of The Subject Of The Contract, Launch, And Checking The Correctness Of Operation At The Ordering Partys Headquarters. When Delivery, The Subject Of The Contract Will Be Collected, For The Above, A Reception Report Will Be Prepared For Signing By The Parties. 3.10. The Employer Does Not Provide For Requirements For The Employment Of Persons Referred To In Art. 96 Para. 2 Point 2 Of The Public Procurement Law. 3.11. The Employer Does Not Reserve The Possibility Of Applying For The Award Of The Contract Only By The Contractors Referred To In Art. 94 Of The Pzp.3.12 Act. Project No. The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform The Contract Within 154 Days From The Date Of Signing The Public Procurement Agreement. The Contractor May Shorten The Contract Execution By A Maximum Of 28 Days. Shortening The Date Of The Contract Is One Of The Offer Evaluation Criterion.
