Feb 2025 Intervention Sector(s): Disability We are seeking a dedicated and experienced training consultant to play a key role in coordinating with universities and TVET schools to organize and facilitate workshops, while also delivering disability inclusion courses tailored for students and staff. Additionally, the candidate will ensure that effective assessment and feedback mechanisms are implemented to monitor and evaluate participant progress. He/she also needs to coordinate with different departments and supporting teams internally and externally. Responsibilities And Main Duties: Tracking and monitoring grades and progress. Conducting 1 on 1 or small group instructions. Providing daily support for students and universitys employees. Monitoring and analyzing feedback on courses and platform. Organizing and planning meetings for workshops. Continuous follow-up with potential collaborators. Arrange and attend meetings and keep minutes of meetings. Coordinate with different departments and supporting teams internally and externally. Job Qualifications: Minimum of one year of experience as a Project Coordinator or business management or any related field. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English languages, enabling effective communication with a diverse range of individuals. Computer literacy and experience with Microsoft Word, and Excel. Competencies: Strong interpersonal skills. Mission-driven and social spirit. Leadership skills: Taking initiative and problem-solving. Stress tolerance: Ability to work under pressure. Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time management. Strong reporting skills. Strong communication and negotiation skills.
