Engineering Services - Improvement Of The Management Of Extraordinary Situations Of Avenue In The Hydrographic Demarcation Of Segura Through The Elaboration And Dissemination Of Hydrological Alert Protocols And The Development And Implementation Of A Real -Time Decision Aid System That Incorporates The New Technologies Of Information And Communication, Within The Framework Of The Prtr.. The Purpose Of This Contract Is The Development, Implementation And Dissemination Of The Hydrological Alert Protocol Between State And Autonomous Administration, The Integration Into Civil Protection Plans To The Risk Of State And Autonomic Flooding And The Development And Implementation Of A Help System For Helping The Real -Time Decision That Incorporates New Information And Communication Technologies. An Identification Of The River Sections To Which The Notices At Each Control Point Refer Will Be Made.
