Brabant Water Has Various Hiring Applications Now And In The Future. The Reason For This Tender Comes From The Expiring Contract With The Current Contracted Broker. Brabant Water Strives To Realize An Efficient, High -Quality And Compliant Hiring Process For Functions Through A Broker Through This Tender And The Framework Agreement That Results From This. The Contractor Brings Supply And Demand On External Hiring Together And Fulfills The Role Of Broker. At The Request Of Brabant Water, The Contractor Supplies Hiring Employees By Supplying Cvs For Selection. Brabant Water Selects The Most Suitable Cvs From The Range Of The Various Suppliers And Thus Determines Which Hiring Employee Is Used For A Hiring Assignment For Each Hiring Situation. The Contractor Is Responsible For The Financial And Administrative Handling And Covers The Employment Law Risks For Brabant Water From The Agreements That The Contractor Enters Into With Suppliers. Applications For Hiring Temporary Staff In Scale 8 To 14 Are Offered To The Contractor. The Contractor Must Respond To All Applications. A Framework Agreement Will Be Entered Into Between Brabant Water And Contractor For An Initial Term Of 2 (Two) Years. The Framework Agreement Takes Effect On 1 Sept 2025. The Framework Agreement Can Be Extended A Maximum Of 6 (Six) Times For 12 (Twelve) Months After Agreement Between Brabant Water And The Contractor Under The Same Conditions. The Maximum Duration Of The Framework Agreement, Including An Extension Option, Is 96 Months. The Parties Enter Into Consultation No Later Than 3 Months Before The End Of An Ongoing Contract Period To Evaluate The Execution Of The Framework Agreement And To Discuss Whether The Framework Agreement Will Be Extended.
