The Content Of The Procurement Is Services As Described Above And Will Include Repairs, Maintenance, Rebuilding And Newbuildings. Service Agreements Apply Only In Subject Area 5 To Heat Pumps/Cooling/Ventilation Systems. In Connection With The Work, Materials Needed For The Various Operations Will Also Be Included. Exceptions Will Apply In Cases Where The Client Himself Provides Goods/Materials For The Work. The Agreement Also Includes Less Adjacent Work And Work That Naturally Belongs To The Field. The Client Reserves The Right Not To Use The Framework Contract Supplier For Major Work On Construction Projects And/Or Special Assignments If The Contract Supplier Is Unable To Meet The Clients Needs. As A Major Work, Individual Assignments With Cost Framework Are Considered Nok 250,000,- Excl. Vat.
