The Subject Of This Order Is The Delivery Of Drinking Water, The Removal And Treatment Of Wastewater Of Buildings Provided For The Management Of The Ministry Of The Interior-Kardzhali In The Kardzhali District. The Term Of The Contract Is 36 Months From The Date Of Signing The Contract. The Specific Volume Of The Public Procurement, Respectively, The Specific Amount Of Supply Of Drinking Water, The Discharge And Treatment Of Wastewater Cannot Be Determined, Insofar As The Same Will Be Conditioned By The Real Needs Of The Buildings (Real Consumption) Within The Term Of The Contract For The Contract Awarding The Public Procurement. The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right, In The Course Of The Execution Of The Contract, If There Is A Need To Include Additional Sites For The Provision Of Water Supply And Sewerage Services Falling In The Separate Territory Of The Operator Vik Ltd., Kardzhali. The Value Of The Contract For The Award Of The Public Procurement Cannot Be Predetermined Insofar As It Will Be Conditioned By The Real Needs Of The Buildings For The Term Of The Contract And The Regulated Prices In Force At The Respective Period. The Estimated Value Is Indicative And May Not Be Exhausted Or Exceeded In View Of The Inability Of The Regulated Price For The Supply Of Drinking Water, The Discharge And Treatment Of Wastewater And The Amount Of Consumption To Be Forecast For A Future Period.
