The Subject Of The Contract Includes The Selection Of A Contractor For The Evaluation Of The Conformity Of The Investment Project And The Exercise Of Construction Supervision During Engineering - Design, Copyright Supervision And Implementation Of Construction Works And Energy Efficiency Measures Of The Site: Culture And Art Building - Chitalishte In Goritsa Village, Pomorie Municipality. Activities Included In The Scope Of The Contract: Activity 1. Preparation Of An Assessment Of The Conformity Of The Investment Projects With The Basic Requirements For The Construction Works, As Follows: A) Assessment Of The Conformity Of The Investment Projects With The Basic Requirements For The Works Within The Meaning Of Art. 142, Para. 6, Item 2 Of The Spatial Planning Act, In Compliance With The Requirements Of Article 142, Para. 5 Of The Spa; (B) An Assessment Of The Conformity Of The Constructive Part Of The Investment Projects Within The Meaning Of Art. 142, Para. 10 Of The Spa (When Applicable). Activity 2. Exercise Construction Supervision During Construction, In Accordance With Art. 166 Of The Spatial Planning Act (Zut). The Scope Of The Activities For Carrying Out Construction Supervision During Construction Is In Accordance With Art. 168 Of The Spatial Planning Act, Including Coordination Of The Construction Process Until The Establishment Of The Site Into Operation. Preparation Of A Technical Passport According To Art. 176 A Of The Spatial Planning Act And Ordinance No. 5/28.12.2006 And The Preparation Of A Final Report Under Art. 168, Para. 6 Of The Spa.
