The Subject Of The Contract Is To Deliver Data And Annual Reports From Traffic Monitoring Using Automatic Adders In Locations In The Aopk Cr Administration In The Period 2025-2029. The Assumed List Of Locations Is Given In Annex 3 Of The Framework Agreement (The Expected List Of Profiles), Which Forms The Attachment Of This Text Part Of The Tender Documentation (Tender Documentation). On The Basis Of The Framework Agreement, Sub -Implementation Contracts Will Be Gradually Concluded With The Suppliers, In The Procedure With The Renewal Of The Competition Between The Participants Of The Framework Agreement Within The Meaning Of § 132 Para. A) And Section 135 Of The Public Procurement Inhabitant In A Detailed Specified Person In Annex 1 To This Tender Documentation. If The Contracting Authority Is Unable To Select At Least Two Suppliers, Because Of The Fact That There Is No Sufficient Number Of Offers Or These Offers Will Not Meet The Requirements Set Out In The Public Procurement Or The Contracting Authority, The Contracting Authority Must Cancel The Tender Procedure. The Contracting Authority Must Not Conclude A Framework Agreement With One Supplier.
