Capbp Coordinator Of The Order Group Having As A Member: The Dagglomeration Community Pau Béarn Pyrénées (Capbp), The Municipality Of Pau, The Municipality Of Jurançon And The Mixed Union Pau Béarn Pyrénées Mobilités (Smpbpm) The Concession Contract Aims To Entrust To The Concessionaire Rental, Lentretian And Advertising Management On Urban Furniture Dinformation. The Service Consists Of Three Main Positions: -Poste 1: Rental, Maintenance And Management Of The Advertising Of Urban Furniture External Information (For The Capbp And The Cities Of Pau And Jurançon) And Advertising Devices Of Underground Car Parks (City Of Pau ). For This Position Of This Position, The Dealer Will Have To Provide And Maintain His Own Equipment Made Up Of New Furniture, Canvass Customers, And Market These Spaces. -Poste 2: Advertising Management Of Urban Furniture (Shelters) Of The Smpbpm. The Bus Shelters, Managed By The Smpbpm, Are Made Available To The Concessionaire, Who Will Be Responsible For Approaching Advertisers And Marketing These Advertising Spaces. -Poste 3: Advertising Management Of The Smpbpm Bus Flanks. The Number, The Location As Well As The Functional And Technical Specificities Of The Various Furniture Will Be Specified In The Consultation File Sent To The Candidates Admitted To Present An Offer. For The Service Of The Service, The Dealer Will Draw His Remuneration From The Price Paid By Users. He Will Pay A Directive Domain Damage To The Members Of The Order Group Under The Conditions Set By The Consultation Documents, Which Will Also Integrate A Better Fortune Clause. This Consultation Is Made Up Of Two Separate Phases: - A Phase Of Applications At The End Of Which The Candidates Admitted To Present An Offer Will Be Selected; - A Doffres Phase, Which Will Give Rise To Negotiation, At The End Of Which The Concessionaire Will Be Chosen. The Contract Will Take Effect On April 1, 2026 Or On Its Date Of Notification To The Concessionaire If It Is Later
