Sale Of Travel Tickets And Package Tours Services - Providing Airline Tickets In The Country And Abroad For Transportation By Passengers And Luggage For Business Trips, Hotel Reservations Abroad And Insurance For Travel Abroad For The Needs Of The Communications Commission. The Subject Of The Public Procurement Covers The Provision Of The Following Services: A. Carrying Up And Providing Airline Tickets For The Transport Of Passengers And Luggage For Business Trips In The Country And Abroad, At The Request Of The Contracting Authority; B Provision Of Hotel Reservations Abroad At The Request Of The Contracting Authority; C. Medical Insurance For Business Trips Abroad, At The Request Of The Contracting Authority; D. Insurance Cancellation Of Travel On Business Trips Abroad, At The Request Of The Contracting Authority. The Contractor Must Provide The Opportunity To Accept Requests At Work And Off -Hours, Including On Weekends And Holidays, 24 / Twenty -Four / Hours Per Day, 365 / Three Hundred Sixty -Five / Days A Year. Estimated Amount Of 300 Airline Tickets, 300 Hotel Reservations, 300 Medical Insurance And 200 Insurance Cancellation Of Travel. The Quantities Are Estimated And The Contracting Authority Is Not Obliged To Fulfill Them In Its Entirety, Nor Is It Limited To Assigning Them Only To The Specified Number. The Contracting Authority Is Entitled, If Necessary, Airline Tickets And Hotel Reservations Over The Specified Quantities, To Make Requests Under The Contract If Its Term Has Not Expired. The Quantity And Destinations Are Determined By The Contracting Authority Depending On The Specific Needs, With Preliminary Requests.
