Licensing Solution Partner). 2) In The Case Of Offering An Equivalent Software For Complementary Licenses, It Has The Manufacturers Authorization For The Sale Of An Equivalent Solution. 8. The Contracting Authority Requires That To Confirm Possession Of The Right To Sell The Offered Products Referred To In Para. 15, The Contractor And The Offer Submitted An Evidence In Question, I.E. The Manufacturers Authorization For The Sale Of The Manufacturers License And The Provision Of Services In The Microsoft Products And Services Agreement Group Licensing Conditions Or The Manufacturers Authorization For The Sale Of An Equivalent Solution. 9. The Employer Informs That As Part Of The Subject Of The Contract He Intends To Purchase Government Licenses From The Mpsa Program. 10. Whenever In The Content Of Swz, Including In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, Constituting Annex 2 To Swz, The Subject Of The Contract Was Described By Indicating The Standards, Trademarks, Patents Or Origin, Source Or Special Process, The Contracting Authority Allows The Contractor To Offer The Equivalent Solution. 11.
