The Subject Of The Contract Must Be In Perfect Condition And Must Correspond To All Applicable Legislation In The Territory Of The Slovak Republic. An Integral Part Of The Order Is Transport To The Place Of Delivery, Unloading At The Place Of Delivery, Unpacking And Disposal Of Packaging, Handover Of Written Documents Necessary For Acquiring Ownership Right To The Subject Of The Contract, Providing User Documentation For The Subject Of The Contract For Proper And Flawless Use With All Legal Regulations, Completion And Commissioning Of The Subject Of The Contract Into Operation (Installation) With Issuing An Installation Certificate, Testing The Functionality And Operation Of The Delivered Subject Of The Contract, Performing The First Official Examination (Acceptance Exam), Professional Training Of Staff, As Well As Providing Authorized Warranty Service In Length In Length. 24 Months And The Implementation Of All Preventive Examinations And Inspections, Which Are Laid Down By Law And Prescribed By The Manufacturer For The Offered Goods During The Warranty Period.
