The Purpose Of This Tender Is To Conclude One (1) Framework Agreement With One (1) Service Provider. The Framework Agreement Must Meet The Needs Of National Collecting, Sorting And Delivering Mail From The Participating Organizations And Must Give Substance To The Vision, Strategy And Starting Points Of The Government And Category Management Logistics As Much As Possible. The Maximum Duration Of The Framework Agreement Is Four (4) Years. The Intended Effective Date Of The Framework Agreement Is 1 September 2025 With An Initial Term Of Two (2) Years, With The Possibility To Extend The Framework Agreement Twice By One (1) Year, Unilaterally Performed By The Client And Under The Same Conditions.
