The City of Quincy, acting through the Department of Natural Resources, is soliciting bids for the Stump Grinding Services. The general scope of work shall consist of the grinding of stumps with a minimum of 8-inch below surface, the cleanup of debris/wood chips as a result of grinding, and the placement of soil to fill the hole and level to the existing grade of the grass border.
