In The Existing Boilerhouse And Replacing New Gas Boilers, New Pumps, New Pipework, Etc. There Is Existing Underground Heating And Water Services Pipework Between The Boilerhouse And The Main Building And This Shall Also Be Decommissioned And Replaced With New Underground Pre-Insulated Pipework.
