The Following Activities Are Part Of The Assignment: • Delivery, Care, But Also Replacing And Supplementing If Necessary, Of Exterior Green Facilities At The Yonder Locations; • The Maintenance Work Of The Outside Green Facility Includes: Pruning Work, Watering, Tree Care, Grass Mowing, Weed Removal And Litter Control In Planting. • Wanted And Unsolicited Advice With Regard To Development Of Our Outside Areas Where Attention Is Paid To Greening And Biodiversity. • Maintaining The Site Facilities (Such As Wipe Paving And Making Weeds -Free) And The Site Of The Storm Track. • The Care Of The Gray Maintenance. Gray Maintenance Is Understood To Mean: Leaf Sweeping, Terrain Sweeping, Getting Rid Of Waste And Emptying Trash Cans. • Fighting Smoothness And Snow-Free Of The Parking Space And Walking And Driving Routes. More Information Can Be Found In The Document. Every Year Yonder Outsources Approximately € 200,000 Including Vat On General Green Maintenance Excluding Projects. The Size Of The Assignment Concerns The Present Locations Of Yonder. A Complete Location Overview Has Been Added In The Section On The Contracting Authority. It Is Possible That Mutations Will Take Place During The Number Of Yonder Locations During The Term Of The Agreement. Yonder Has Started The Bouw2030 Program. That Program Is Working On Concentration Of The Locations On Two Campuses In Tilburg. In Addition, Buildings Are Being Realized, Expanded And Dismissed. The Changes In The Building File As A Result Of The Program Are Also Involved In The Assignment To Be Tendered So That The Contractor Contractor Still Has Mutations. The Contractor Is Then Not Entitled To Compensation.
