The Service Subject Of The Public Procurement Is Detailed In The Technical Specification Of The Contracting Authority. The Place Of Execution Of The Order Is According To The Location Of The Respective Boats, Namely In The Cities Of Varna, Burgas, Silistra, Ruse And Lom.
