Delivery Of Home Social Patronage Food Products, Polski Trambesh For A Period Of 1 Year In Lots, As Follows: Lot # 1 - Bakery Products And Flour; Lot 2 - Meat And Meat Products, Fish, Milk And Dairy Products; Lot 3 - Vegetables And Canned Vegetables; Lot 4 - Packaged Bakal Goods And Other Packaged Goods. The Subject Of This Open Procedure Is The Delivery Of Food For Home Social Patronage To The Territory Of Polski Trambesh Municipality For 1 Year, Divided Into Four Lots, With The Main Goals Of The Contract: - Providing Quality And Healthy Food For Users Using Social Services; - Providing A Proper Diet Of Persons, Taking Into Account The Requirements Of The Health Act And Regulatory Acts For Its Implementation; - Improving The Quality And Conditions Under Which The Nutrition Of Consumers Is Carried Out; Food Products Should Meet The Bds, Mb And/Or Equivalent Td Of The Manufacturer, And Should Be Accompanied By The Necessary Commercial Documents. All Foodstuffs Should Be Packaged And Labeled. The Packaging Should Be Healthy, With Labels In Bulgarian Language And Contain Information On The Type Of Goods, Its Storage, Manufacturer, Quality, Date Of Production And Period Of Congregation. Food Products Must Comply With The Food And Applicable Regulations, Regulations And Standards. On The Day Of Delivery, Foodstuffs Must Have A Residual Shelf Life Of Not Less Than 50 % Of Their Entire Expiry Date Specified By The Manufacturer. Deliveries Should Be Made In Compliance With All Hygiene And Sanitary Requirements. All Specific Requirements Of The Contracting Authority To The Subject Of The Delivery Are Stated In A Technical Specification, Which Should Be Considered By The Participants As An Integral Part Of The Documentation For This Public Procurement.
