The Contract Provides For The Evaluation Of The Conformity Of The Investment Project And The Exercise Of Construction Supervision, In Accordance With Art. 168, Para. 2 Of The Spatial Planning Act When Executing Construction Works. The Subject Of This Public Procurement Is The Election Of A Contractor With Professional Qualification And Practical Experience In The Exercise Of Consulting Services Within The Meaning Of Article 166, Paragraph 1, Item 1 Of The Spatial Planning Act, Namely: Carrying Out The Assessment Of The Conformity Of The Investment Project, Exercise Construction Supervision To Guarantee The Lawful Execution Of Construction Works And Authorizing The Use Of The Site From The Scope Of The Public Procurement And Preparation Of An Update Of The Technical Passport For The Site. In Accordance, Art. 48, Para. 1 Of The Public Procurement Act, The Necessary Characteristics Of The Subject Of The Public Procurement Are Detailed In The Technical Specifications Of The Requirements Of The Contracting Authority (Technical Specifications) Contained In This Public Procurement Documentation.
