The Subject Of The Contract Is The Service Consisting In Performing An Audit Repair For The L45h Combustion Locomotive Of The Lxd2 Series No. 250. 2. The Detailed Scope Of Services Subject To This Contract Is Determined By The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, Which Is Annex 1 To Swz. 3. Place Of Performance Of The Subject Of The Contract: Branch - Narrow Gauge Railway Museum In Sochaczew Ul. Towarowa 7 96-500 Sochaczew 4. The Ordering Party Pursuant To Art. 95 Para. 1 Of The Act, Requires That All Physical Work Directly Related To The Performance Of Services Covered By The Contract, Including Indicated In Para. 5 Below, They Were Performed By Persons Employed By A Contractor Or Subcontractor Or Further Subcontractor Under An Employment Contract, In The Manner Specified In Art. 22 § 1 Of The Act Of June 26, 1974 - Labor Code (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1465, As Amended). By Taking Into Account The Minimum Remuneration For Work Established On The Basis Of The Act Of 10 October 2002. On Minimal Remuneration For Work (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1773) Throughout The Contract. This Obligation Does Not Apply To Suppliers Of Materials And Equipment. 5. The Type Of Activities Necessary To Perform The Order, Which Relate To Employment Requirements Under An Employment Contract By The Contractor And Subcontractors Of Persons Performing Activities During The Implementation Of The Order Are: 1) Welding Activities; 2) Activities Related To The Assembly And Disassembly Of Elements And Components; 3) Activities Related To Electrical Installation; 4) Carpentry Activities, Washing, Cleaning; 5) Painting And Painting Activities. 6. The Contracting Authoritys Rights And The Contractors Obligations In The Field Of Item 4 And 5 Were Specified In The Contract Template Constituting Annex 2 To Swz. 7. The Above -Mentioned Persons Are To Be Employed Continuously Throughout The Performance Of The Contract On This Order. 8. The Contracting Authority Provided For A Flat -Rate Remuneration For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract, It Is Recommended That The Contractor Perform A Local Vision, Read The Content Of This Chapter In Particular With Annex 1 To Swz, And Also Obtained For His Responsibility And Risk, All Additional Information That May Be Necessary To Prepare The Offer And To Conclude A Contract And Perform The Contract. 9. The Contractor Is Obliged To Conclude At His Own Expense The Insurance Contract Or Subsequent Contracts, Establishing Insurance From The Date Of Signing The Contract, In The Scope Of Civil Liability Of The Contractor And All Subcontractors And Further Subcontractors For Damages That They May Cause To The Contracting Authority And Third Parties In Connection With The Implementation Subject Of The Contract, For A Guarantee Sum Not Lower Than Pln 1,000,000.00. 10. The Contractor Undertakes To Provide The Ordering Party With A Copy Certified For Compliance With The Original By The Contractor Of The Insurance Document And Proof Of Payment Confirming The Conclusion Of The Insurance Contract Referred To In Paragraph 9, Before The Conclusion Of The Contract. 11. Warranty Period: The Contractor Will Grant The Employer A Quality Guarantee For The Execution
