1) The Subject Of The Contract Is The Execution Of Construction Works Regarding The Replacement Of The Electrical Installation In The Building Of The School Complex At Ul. Okopowa 55A In Warsaw, Only In The Range Of The Following Rooms:- Ground Floor- Main Switchgear Room,- First Floor- Rooms No. 120, 121, 122, 123, 124, Mens Toilet, Toilet For The Disabled, Corridor,- 2Nd Floor- Rooms No. 217 , 218, 219, 220, 221, Mens Toilet, Staff Toilet, Corridor, - 3Rd Floor - Rooms No. 312, 315, Mens Toilet, Staff Toilet, Corridor And Supplying Power To Rooms With The Mentioned Electrical Installation On The Third Floor - No. 311, 313 And 314. Thebob Has Five Above -Ground Floors And One Underground. The Block Has An Irregular Shape Based On Rectangular Throws, Which Includes Three Main Segments, A Communication Connector And A Sports Hall. The Scope Of The Order Applies To Part Of The Main Segment And The Location Indicated Above. 2) The Subject Of The Contract Includes The Execution Of Construction Works In The Electrical And General Construction Industry - Only To The Extent Given Above In Item 1.3) A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, Scope Of Work And Requirements Regarding The Performance And Receipt Of The Subject Of The Contract Are Determined By: 3.1. Design Documentation, Constituting Annex 10 To Swz: A) Executive Design, B) Technical Specification Of The Implementation And Acceptance Of Construction Works, C) The Bill Of Quantities (In Calculations For The Bill Of Quantities, The Descriptions Of The Rooms In Brackets Correspond To The Descriptions In The Design Documentation), 3.2. The Planned Provisions Of The Contract, Hereinafter Also Called The Model Contract - Constituting Annex 6 To Swz.4) The Works Will Be Carried Out In An Active Facility. The Contracting Authority Does Not Provide For Excluding The Facility From The Functioning Of The Facility, Also During The Holidays (July - August).
