3 A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Included Annexes 6 To Swz.2. The Employer Reserves The Right To Not Realize The Subject Of The Contract In The Entire Scope, I.E. The Contracting Authority Does Not Require Personal Performance By The Contractor With Key Tasks. The Contractor May Entrust The Performance Of Part Of The Subcontractors Order. In This Case, The Employer Requests The Contractor To Indicate In The Offer, Part Of The Contract, The Performance Of Which Intends To Entrust To Subcontractors, And Providing The Names Of Any Subcontractors, If They Are Already Known. 6. If It Is Necessary To Increase The Scope Of The Contract, Caused By The Increase In Demand, The Contracting Authority, After Using The Entire Amount Of Contractual Remuneration Allocated To The Implementation Of The Basic Order, Will Benefit From The Option Of Up To 50% Of The Basic Order. 7. When Performing The Contract, The Contractor Or The Subcontractor He Submitted Will Constantly Employ On The Basis Of An Employment Relationship In The Working Time Adequate To The Entrusted Tasks Persons Performing Activities: Preparing Meals.
