The Subject Of The Contract Is The Creation Of A Local Prosport And Health -Promoting Network, Conducting Classes Within A Cross -Border Program For A Healthy Lifestyle In The Youngest - A Healthy Preschooler In A Healthy Commune, Financed By The Interreg Vi And Mecklenburg Cooperation Program - Pomerania Front / Brandenburg / Poland Under The Purpose Of European Territorial Cooperation Of The European Regional Development Fund (Erdr). 2. The Scope Of The Order Includes: 1) Creation Together With The Contracting Authority Of A Local Network Creating Prosport And Health -Promoting Activities; 2) Conducting Sports Activities; 3) Co -Conducting Motor Tests; 4) Co -Organization And Participation In Design Activities: Family Integration Workshops, Strengthening Parents Awareness Through Meetings With Specialists And The International Healthy Festival Preschooler In A Healthy Commune. 3. As Part Of The Performance Of The Subject Of The Contract, The Contractor Undertakes In Particular: 1) The Creation Of A Local Network Creating A Local And Health -Promoting Actions In The Commune Of Goleniów Gathering People Involved In The Implementation Of The Project On The Side Of The Contractor, I.E. Preschool Groups, Parents, Management Staff And Kindergarten Staff. , Trainers Of Various Sports, Instructors, Educators In Accordance With The Recommendations Prepared By The Project Partner Of The University Of Szczecin Or/Or The Municipal Project Coordinator - Appointed By The Employer (Hereinafter Referred To As The Coordinator) .2 And Participation In Design Activities: Family Integration Workshops, Strengthening Parents Awareness Through Meetings With Specialists And The International Healthy Preschooler Festival In A Healthy Commune - A Total Of 2620 Hours Of The Abovementioned Activities For Children Of 12 Kindergartens And Pre -School Groups At Schools Of The Goleniów Commune (Pp2, Pp4, Sp2, Sp3, Sp4, Sp5, Sp Lubczyna, Sp Komarowo, Sp Krępsko, Zsp Białuń, Zsp Kliniska Wielkie, Zsp Mosty) In The Period From The Signing Of The Contract Until 28.02.2027 By The Design Team (I.E. Project Manager And Trainers) Consisting Of Persons Indicated In The List Of Persons Submitted By The Contractor In The Offer To Confirm Compliance With The Conditions For Participation In The Procedure. 4. The Further Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Was Specified In The Order Documents.
