The Subject Of The Contract Is: Successive Purchase And Delivery Of Hygiene Products For The Needs Of Units Of The University Of Opole. 1. Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Annex 1A To Swz Hereinafter Referred To As The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract. 2. The Implementation Of The Order Consists In The Successive Supply Of The Contracting Authority Of The Subject Of The Contract (Hygiene Articles) With Requirements/ Parameters Not Worse Than Those Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract To The Place Indicated By The Contracting Authority, In Response To The Unit, Current Demand Of The Contracting Authority, Sent By The Contractor Via E-Mail , In The Period Referred To By Point 6 (Hereinafter Referred To As Orders). 3. The Amount Of Assortment Indicated In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Are Indicative Quantities Determined On The Basis Of Current Consumption And The Expected Demand. The Employer May Make Orders Of The Type Of Assortment According To Current Needs, In An Amount Resulting From Current Demand. 4. Order Referred To In Point 2, Specifies, At Least: The Subject Of The Order (Assortment Items), The Value Of The Subject Of The Contract (In Accordance With The Offer Submitted By The Contractor), As Well As The Delivery Date, Person/Organizational Unit Interested In The Specified Subject Of The Contract From The Contracting Authority Along With The Contact Data And The Place/Address Delivery. 5. The Contractor In The Offer (In Annex 1A To Swz) Is Obliged To Indicate The Manufacturers Name, Product Name, Type Clearly Determining The Offered Range. The Contractor Is Obliged To Indicate The Data Specifying The Offered Assortment - In A Manner Enabling The Employer To Clearly Identify The Products Offered By The Contractor. If There Is A Need And For The Unequivocal Determination Of The Offered Assortment, It Is Required To Indicate Additional Information, The Contractor Is Obliged To Indicate It So That There Is No Doubt For The Parties To The Proceedings What Range The Contractor Offers. The Contractors Lack Of Determination Of The Offered Assortment In The Manner Described Above Will Result In The Rejection Of The Contractors Offer From The Proceedings In Question Pursuant To Art. 226 Para. 1 Point 5 Of The Act. 6. Deadline For Completing The Subject Of The Contract: Successively Within Twelve [12] Months From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract. 7.
