Employees Of The Ordering Party, Their Children And Accompanying Persons, Will Use Various Sports And Recreation Services, In Facilities Throughout The Country, And In Particular In The City Of Łódź And The Łódź Voivodeship, Proving, Among Others The Following Services: Fitness Classes, Gyms, Saunas, Caves Or Salt Caves, Dance Schools, Yoga Schools, Martial Arts Clubs, Climbing Walls, Ice Rinks, Swimming Pools, Aquaparies, Aqua Aerobic, Nordic Walking, Pilates, Spinning Bikes, Squash Courts , Baths. The Mentioned Scope Of Services Is Only An Approximate Indication Of Various Types Of Services, Not Their Closed Catalog; 3) Access To The Services Indicated In Point 2 Must Be Unlimited, Which Should Be Understood As The Possibility Of Using Various Sports Facilities For 7 Days A Week Without Restrictions, Without Time Intervals Between Entrances To Various Facilities, Except For Restrictions Introduced By A Given Object Resulting From The Working Hours In Force In It, The Restrictions Resulting From Extraordinary Sanitary Or Epidemiological Situations, Regulations, Graphic Designers, Duration Of The Given Classes, The Nature Of The Service Or The Degree Of Advancement Of The Group. Access To Facilities Must Enable The Use Of A Minimum Of The Same Sports Facility During The Day (The Above Does Not Exclude The Users Use Of Services In Another Facility On The Same Day); 4) As Part Of The Entire Period Of Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Provide Users With Users Access To: A) At Least 80 Sports And Recreation Facilities Located Only In The City Of Łódź; B) At Least 200 Sports And Recreation Facilities Located In The Łódź Voivodeship (Where This Number May Also Include Facilities Located In The City Of Łódź.)
