Description Of The Subject Of The Contract: 1. The Order Includes The Supply And Assembly Of The Equipment Of The World Experience Of The World Located In The School And Preschool Complex In Wilcza At Ul. Karol Miarki 27, 44-189 Wilcza. The Room Intended For The Abovementioned The Room Is Located On The First Floor Of The School Building. The Projection Of The Room Is In Annex 1 To The Contract Template. The Detailed Scope Of The Order In The Scope Of The Basic Order And In The Scope Of Options Is Described In Annex 2 To Swz (Assortment And Price Form). 2. The Subject Of The Contract Also Includes: 1) Transport And Unloading As Well As Assembly At The Contractors Expense And Risk To The Place Indicated By The Employer, 2) Warranty Service, Ongoing Maintenance, Possible Technical Inspections If The Conditions Of The Manufacturers Warranty Require This To Maintain The Warranty, 3) Employee Instructions In Service Scope 3. The Contractor Will Bear All Delivery And Assembly Costs. To This End, All Delivery Costs Must Be Included In The Price Of The Submitted Offer, Including Costs: Loading, Transport, Purchase Of Fuel, Remuneration, Unloading, Submitting And Assembly Related To The Proper Implementation Of The Contract In Question And The Contract Concluded In This Occasion. 4. The Supplied Equipment Must Be Brand New, Unused, Come From The Official Distribution Channel Of The Manufacturer To Poland, Produced In 2024 Or In 2025.5. If The Equipment Is Suspended During The Contract Or The Product Is Withdrawn From The Sale, The Contractor Will Offer Equivalent Equipment For The Equipment Whose Production Was Suspended Or For A Withdrawn Product, In The Same Amount, With Not Worse Parameters, And No More Expensive Than Originally Offered In The Proceedings For The Award Of The Contract. 6. Conditions For Exercising The Right Of The Option: 1) The Ordering Party Has The Right To Exercise The Right Of Options During The Contract And Up To 3 Months After Its Completion (Signing The Acceptance Protocol); 2) The Order Carried Out Under The Right Of The Option Is The Unilateral Right Of The Contracting Authority; 3) Exercising The Right The Options Will Depend On The Needs And Financial Capabilities Of The Employer; 4) The Contracting Authority, Depending On The Needs And Financial Capabilities, May Withdraw From The Intention To Exercise The Right Of Options, Use The Optional Order In Whole Or In Part, In The Form Of One Or More Orders; 5) The Employer Will Inform The Contractor About The Intention To Exercise The Right Of Options, Within A Specified Time And Scope Of The Contractor By A Separate Statement To The Contract - By Order; 6) The Ordering Party Reserves That It Is Time For The Implementation Of Deliveries Under The Right Of The Options From The Moment Of Sending The Declaration Of Will - The Order By The Contracting Authority, Will Be Consistent With The Deadline Declared By The Contractor In The Offer Form (Annex 1 To Swz); 7) The Contractor Is O
