The Subject Of The Contract Is The Execution Of Tree Felling And Care In The City Of Bytom In 2025, Which Includes: 1) Cutting Trees Without Milling And, Along With Milling The Trunk To A Depth Of 30 Cm, In Accordance With Applicable Law And Administrative Decisions; 2) Care Cuts And Technical (Including Sanitary, X -Raying And Arborist Work In The Treetops); 3) Intervention Removal Of Broken And Conflicting Branches In The Treetops. 2. Characteristics Of Works For The Basic Scope And Optional Scope: 1. The Scope Of Work Related To The Care And Technical Cuts Of Trees: 1.1. Marking The Place Of Work; 1.2. Performing The Care, Including: Sanitary, X -Ray, Corrective, Technical Cuts, Including Cleansing The Crown Of Trees From Drought, Cutting Off Damaged Branches, Removal Of Mistletoe, X -Rays, Undermining The Crown Of Trees Associated With Obtaining Extreme Or Arborist Work; In Accordance With The Scope Specified In The Partial Order Ordered By The Ordering Party; 1.3. Loading, Export And Utilization Of Residue After The Works Performed; 1.4. Cleaning Up The Area After Completion Of Work. 2. The Scope Of Work Related To The Removal Of Patients, Dead And Dry Branches: 2.1. Marking The Place Of Work; 2.2. Performing A Care Procedure Consisting In Removing Broken And Conflicting Branches In The Treetops, In Accordance With The Scope Specified In The Partial Order Ordered By The Contracting Authority; 2.3. Loading, Export And Utilization Of Residues After The Works Performed; 2.4. Cleaning Up The Area After Completion Of Work. 3. The Scope Of Work Related To Tree Felling: 3.1. Marking The Place Of Work; 3.2. Tree Removal; 3.3. Making The Trunk To A Depth Of 30 Cm Below Ground Level; 3.4. Equalization And Density Of Soil; 3.5. Cutting Wood To Debts With A Length Of 1.00 M; 3.6. Making A Measure In Cubic Meters Of Obtained Wood, Confirmed By A Protocol Of The Transfer Of Wood Prepared By The Contracting Representative; 3.7. Loading And Removal Of The Remains Of The Felling To The Storage Location Indicated By The Employer In The City Of Bytom; 3.8. Cleaning The Area After Completing The Work. After Completing The Work, The Area Around The Area Should Be Sorted Out Immediately, And The Wood And Residues Resulting From The Clipping Of Works Should Be Taken From The Area Of Work No Later Than 24 Hours From The Completion Of Work. In The Case Of Works Carried Out In The Road Lane, The Residues Of Wood And The Waste Generated At Work Should Be Removed Immediately After The Work Is Completed. 3.
