The Subject Of The Order Is Also The Provision Of Driving Tracks With Operator By The Executor If The Train Set Does Not Have Its Own Power Supply. The Contracting Authority Will Only Draw The Subject Of The Contract Only In The Event Of A Failure Of The Operation Of Its Machinery, Respectively In The Case Of The Need To Compare And Evaluate The Parameters And Results Obtained By Using The Machinery With The Machinery Of The Acquisition Of The Contracting Authority.
