The Bidder May Not Change The Descriptions Of The Acquisition Listed In The Cost Of The Costs, Nor To Correspond To The Columns Or Change The Cost Of The Costs In Any Way. The Offered Works Must Fully Meet All The Required Conditions Of The Procurement Item And From The Detailed Specifications Listed In The Cost And Project Documentation. The Bidder Is Obliged To Give Unit Prices For All Items From The Costs. The Unit Prices Listed In The Costs Will Be Fixed During The Contract. The Works Are Contracted By The Key In Hand System. The Key Denotes The Obligation To Build A Contractor In Question In Accordance With The Principle Of Integrity And Functionality, That Is, To Perform The Works In Accordance With The Construction Contract That Is Attached To The Extent That It Is Necessary To Meet The Conditions Of Functionality And Integrity.
