The City Of Calgary (The City) Is Issuing The Request For Proposal (Rfp) For The Purpose Of Retaining A Prime Consultant (Architect) And Sub-Consultants To Deliver The Station#18 Lifecycle Upgrades And Net Zero Retrofit Project. The City Will Select A Single Integrated Project Team To Deliver The Project.Fire Station#18 Is Located In The Huntington Community (Ward 4) At 415 68Th Ave, Nw Calgary, Alberta. The Building Was Constructed In 1975 And Is Approximately 8565Sqft And Is A Two-Storey Structure. This Project Intends To Address The Items Marked As Critical /Poor Condition As Per The Asset Management Team, As Well As Improving The Building To Align With The City Of Calgary Climate Implementation Plan And Net-Zero Emissions By 2050 Program.Prime Consultancy Services Are For The Full Design Through To Post Construction Of The Project And Is Expected To Consist Of The Following Phases:- Phase 1 - Site Assessment & Schematic Design;- Phase 2 - Design Development;- Phase 4 - Contract Documentation- Phase 4 – Construction Procurement & Administration; And- Phase 5 – Post Constructionunless Otherwise Stated In The Agreement Letter, The Award Under This Rfp Will Be For All Phases Of The Requirements, Subject To Approval By The City After Each Phase.*All Procurement Documents Available In Ariba.
