Formal Requirements, Which Must Be Met By The Offered Subject Of The Contract And Detailed Requirements, Technical Parameters, Equipment And Warranty Conditions And The Service That The Subject Of The Contract Must Meet And Have: 1) Annex 2 To Swz - Applies To Ev12 Buses, 2) Annex 3 To Swz - Applies To A Pantograph Charger. Pursuant To Art. 101 Para. 4 Of The Public Procurement Law In The Scope Indicated By The Employer In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract And Swz Requirements Or References To Standards, European Technical Assessments, Approval, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Para. 1 And Para. 3 Pzp - The Contracting Authority Informs That (In Each Of The Indicated Cases) It Allows Equivalent Solutions In This Respect. The Contractor Who Refers To Solutions Equivalent To The Abovementioned The Requirements Or References Of The Ordering Party, Is Obliged To Demonstrate In The Content Of The Offer To What Extent He Submits An Equivalent Offer And Is Obliged To Provide In The Offer Evidence That The Deliveries Or Services He Offers Meet The Requirements Set By The Contracting Authority. To This End, The Contractor Will Present A List Containing, At Least: 1) The Content Of The Original Requirement Defined By The Ordering Party (Reference To Standards, European Technical Assessments, Approval, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems) In Relation To Which The Contractor Submits An Equivalent Offer, 2) Detailed Description Of The Equivalent Solution Offered By The Contractor. In Addition, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Submit, Together With The Offer, Evidence Confirming The Fulfillment (By The Equivalent Solution Offered By The Contractor) Requirements Of The Ordering Party In The Form Of A Certificate Issued By The Unit Assessing Compliance Or Reports On Research Conducted By This Unit.
