Replacement Of The Existing Tile With A New One Together With Replacement Of Parts Of Flashings (Tubes, Gutter, Trigger Pipes, Window Sills, Etc.), Replacement Of Roofing On The Tower Of Copper Sheet Metal And Replacement Of Other Roofing. In Addition, The Investment Includes The Overall Renovation Of The Facade, I.E. The Implementation Of Partial Thermomodernization Of The Walls (Polystyrene), Replacement Of Partial Window And Door Joinery, Renovation Of The External Chimney, Renovation Of Architectural Details, Repair Of Entrance Stairs, Steel Balustrades, Performing A New Structural Plaster, Painting Facade Facade Paints And Execution All Additional Construction Works Necessary For The Proper Performance Of The Subject Of The Task. The Work Covered By The Order Does Not Require Obtaining A Building Permit And Notification Of Works To The Competent Authority.
