Tenders Are Invited For The Service Of Conducting Specialist Courses Leading To The Acquisition/Improvement Of Professional Qualifications/Competences For Students Of Industry Schools And Technicians - Divided Into 6 Tasks.

1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Service And Conduct Of The Free Time Animator Course For 10 Students Of The Technical School In Wrocław. 2. The Contractor Is Obliged To Ensure, At His Own Expense And On Its Own, Room/Training Rooms, Equipped With The Necessary Equipment Enabling The Acquisition Of Knowledge And Skills, With: 1) The Didactic Room To Conduct The Theoretical Part Of The Course (If The Course Program Will Be Required) It Must Be Located In The City Of Wrocław And Be Equipped With: A) Seating For All Participants And Participants Of The Course (Tables And Chairs), B) Proper Lighting, Heated/Air -Conditioned Room C) Computers For All Participants And Participants Of Training With Necessary Software ( If The Course Program Will Be Required), D) A Multimedia Projector, Screen, Computer To Display Presentations (If The Course Program Will Be Required), E) Internet Access (If The Course Program Will Be Required), F) Flipchart, Paper For Flipchart, A Set Of Markers Or A Dry -Erupted Board With A Set Of Markers (If The Course Program Will Be Required); 2) The Contractor Will Also Provide An Appropriate Housing, Workshop, Technical And Hardware Base For Conducting Practical Classes - Rooms And Equipment For Conducting Practical Classes Must Meet The Requirements Occupational Health And Safety And Must Be Adapted To The Number Of Participants, 3) The Place Of Implementation Of The Course Will Be Deprived Of Architectural Obstacles And Marked In A Way That Is Not In A Way That Does Not Comply With Disabilities, 4) The Contractor Is Obliged To Present The Ordering Party To The Contracting Authority Within 7 Days From The Day Signing The Contract, 5) The Contractor May Change The Course Of The Course During The Service, But Not Later Than 7 Days Before The Date Of The Course And After Obtaining Approval Of The Ordering Party. 3. Place Of The Course: Wrocław. 4. The Course Will Be Implemented For 1 Group (10 Students), In A Total Of 12 Didactic Hours (1 Didactic Hour = 45 Minutes). 5. The Course Will Be Implemented During The School Year On Business Days After 15.00 And/Or On Saturdays. The Employer Allows The Implementation Of The Courses In July And August, In The Event Of Such Necessity It Will Be Set By The Parties In The Course Schedule. 6. The Service Schedule Will Be Transferred To The Contractor By The Contracting Authority (After His Prior Arrangement With The Contractor), Within 10 Days Of The Planned Date Of Starting The Course. 7. The Employer Allows The Possibility Of Taking Classes On Other Days And In A Different Scope Of The Hours Than Indicated In Para. 5 Swz - Only After The Acceptance Of These Terms By The Ordering Party. 8.
