1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Supply Of Teaching Aids In The Form Of Household Appliances To Schools Covered By Support In The Project Development Of Vocational Education Of The City Of Zamość Ii, Co-Financed By The European Union Under The European Social Fund + Under The European Funds Program For Lublin Funds 2021-2027, Priority 10 Better Education, Activities 10.04 Vocational Training. The Main Goal Of The Projects Is To Increase The Efficiency, Quality And Attractiveness Of Vocational Education In Schools For Which The Leading Body Is The City Of Zamość, I.E. For: A) Secondary School Complex No. 1 In Zamość, B) Secondary School Complex No. 5 In Zamość. 2. The Detailed Scope Of The Order Includes: 1) Delivery, Arrangement And Assembly Of The Subject Of The Contract, 2) Providing A Guarantee For Devices And Equipment, Provision Of Warranty Service And Providing Technical Service, 3) Cleaning And Performing Order Works After Completing Assembly Works, Including Removal And Removal Of Packaging , 4) Execution At Your Own Expense Of Repairing Damage Caused During The Order, 5) Transfer Of The Operating Instructions To Devices And Equipment, Certificates, Warranty Cards, Operating And Maintenance Conditions - According To A Given Device Or Equipment - If Required And Necessary For The Correct Use. 3. The Detailed List And Specification Of The Equipment Was Included In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract (Opz), Constituting Annex 7 To Swz.4. Operating Instructions, Approvals, Certificates, Warranty Cards, Operating And Maintenance Conditions Should Be Provided In Polish Along With The Delivery Of The Subject Of The Contract. 5. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide Factory New Equipment Covered By The Subject Of The Contract. The Contractor Will Provide A Warranty Period For The Delivered Equipment, Specified In The Submitted Offer, Not Less Than 24 Months From The Date Of Handing Over The Entire Subject Of The Contract To The Contracting Authority. 6. Place Of Delivery Of The Equipment: Poland, Lubelskie Voivodeship, Zamość (According To Annex 7 To Swz): Item 1-8 - Secondary School Complex No. 1, Ul. Łukasińskiego 8, 22-400 Zamość, Item 9-20 - Secondary School Complex No. 5, Ul. Szczebrzeska 102, 22-400 Zamość. 7. Delivery And Assembly Of Devices Being The Subject Of The Contract Will Take Place In The Designated Rooms Of The Ordering Party, In Time Agreed With The Employer. 8. The Costs Of Loading, Transport And Unloading Of Delivery At The Destination, As Well As Assembly In The Event That The Contractors Assembly Is A Condition For Receiving A Guarantee For Purchased Equipment, Will Charge The Contractor As Part Of The Price For The Performance Of The Contract. 9. The Contractor Is Obliged To Process The Order On The Basis Of The Conditions Described In The Specification Of The Terms Of The Contract And In The Draft Contract, Constituting Annex 6 To Swz.10. The Employer Informs That The Manufacturers Names, Trademarks, Patents
