The Subject Of The Contract Is The Provision Of Laundry Services For The Kwp In Łódź And Units Of The Łódź Garrison In The Form Of Successive Performance Of Washing, Magicing, Disinfection, Drying And Performing Minor Repairs: Bedding, Personal, Personal And Towels, Blankets, Pillows, Headphones And Mattresses As Well As Gala And Output Uniforms And Gabardine Pants, Hereinafter Referred To As Things In Accordance With The Current Needs Of The Kwp In Łódź And Units Of The Łódź Garrison. 5.2. A Detailed List Of Assortment, Quantity And Types Of Services Was Indicated In Annex 2 To Swz - Assortment And Price Form. 5.3. The Amount Determined In The Assortment And Price Form Is An Estimated Size, Which Is The Basis For The Contractor To Draw Up The Offer. 5.4. The Actual Amount And Type Of Services Will Depend On The Needs Of The Contracting Authority And The Budgetary Funds He Has, And In The Case Of Smaller Needs, They Cannot Constitute The Basis For Claims On The Part Of The Contractor. 5.5. The Contractor Undertakes To Use Detergents And Disinfectants With Appropriate Approvals, Guaranteeing The Proper Quality Of Washing That Do Not Cause Accelerated Wear Of Clothing. 5.6. The Contractor Bears Legal And Material Liability For The Implementation Of The Service In Terms Of Quality And Compliance With Sanitary Requirements, Towards Control Bodies (Sanitary And Epidemiological Station, Pip, Bhp). 5.7. The Contractor Bears The Material Liability For The Destruction Of The Item During The Service, Consisting In Equalizing The Damage Suffered In This Respect By The Contracting Authority5.8. The Costs Of Transport From / To The Units Indicated In Annex 3 To The Contract And Other Fees / Costs Related To The Performance Of The Subject Of The Contract Were Calculated In The Value Of The Assortment Listed In Annex 2 To The Contract. 5.9. Reception By The Contractor And The Supply Of Clean Clothing Will Take Place: 1) For The Provincial Unit - On Average Once A Week2) For Municipal Units - On Average Twice A Week3) For Poviat Units - On Average Twice Twice A Month 5.10. The Order And Receipt Of The Order Completed Will Take Place By An Authorized Employee Of The Provincial, Municipal, Poviat Police, Indicated In The Order, Whose Template Is Annex 4 To The Contract. 5.11. The Response Time To The Application May Not Be Longer Than 24 Hours, From The Moment Of Sending The Order By Fax Or E-Mail. 5.12. In The Event Of A Temporary Inability To Provide Services Longer Than 3 (Three) Days Calculated From The Date Of Submission Of The Order, The Contractor Guarantees Their Replacement Performance, Commissioning The Service To A Third Party Under The Terms Of This Contract Without Additional Costs On The Part Of The Employer. 5.13. The Employer Reserves The Right To Order A Service To Another Entity And The Contractor To Be Charged With Costs In The Event That The Contractor Cannot Temporarily Provide Services And Will Not Guarantee
