Tenders are invited for Supply and Installation of Private Automatic Branch Exchange (Pabx) System Closing Date: 19th February, 2025 Price of Tender Document: Gh¢500.00 No. of Lots: 1 Tender Description: PACKAGE NUMBER - GR/MCM/GD/0021/2025 DESCRIPTION - SUPPLY AND INSTALLATION OF PRIVATE AUTOMATIC BRANCH EXCHANGE (PABX) SYSTEM Additional Information: 1. The Minerals Commission intends to apply part of its budgetary allocation to fund eligible payments under a contract for the supply and installation of Private Automatic Branch Exchange (PABX) System towards the realization of its objectives detailed in the description. 2. The Minerals Commission now invites sealed tenders from eligible tenderers for the above purpose. 3. Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Tender procedures specified in the Public Procurement Act, 2003 (Act 663) as amended and the Guidelines of the Public Procurement Authority of the Republic of Ghana. 4. Interested eligible tenderers may obtain further information from and inspect the Tender Document in Room 110 at Minerals House, Cantonments, Accra from Monday to Friday between the hours 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. 5. A complete set of Tender Documents, in English, may be purchased by interested tenderers upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Five Hundred Ghana Cedis (GH¢500.00) at Minerals House, Cantonments, Accra. The method of payment will be by Bankers Draft or Cash. 6. All interested tenderers shall submit, together with their tenders, the following documents: Valid Business Registration Certificates Valid GRA Tax Clearance Certificate. Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate. Valid VAT Registration Certificate Valid Registration Certificate from Public Procurement Authority 7. Tenders shall be valid for a period of ninety (90) days after the deadline of tender submission. 8. All tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Security of Two percent (2%) of the total tender price from a reputable bank or insurance company. 9. Tenders must be delivered to Room 400 at Minerals House, Cantonments, Accra on or before 10.00 am on Wednesday, February 19, 2025. Late tenders will be rejected. 10. Tenders will be opened in the presence of the tenderers representatives, who choose to attend, in Conference Room 200 at Minerals House, Cantonments, Accra on Wednesday, February 19, 2025, at 10.00 am. 11. The successful tenderer will be selected in accordance with the provisions in the Public Procurement Act, 2003 (Act 663) as amended of the Republic of Ghana.
