Tenders are invited for Procurement of Machines (Turret Lathe & Tool Milling) Description: Directorate of Central Procurement PAC Kamra Short Tender Notice. Tender No. PACB/721/020924006/0774/P-3 Procurement of Machines (Turret Lathe & Tool Milling). Quotation must be submitted on FOR basis only. 2. Payment will be made as per PAC Kamra procedure. 3. The details of item can also be downloaded from website www.pac.org.pk or can be obtained from Dte of Central Procurement PAC Kamra (Telephone No. 051-9099-2534). 4. Bidding documents are also available in PAC website www.pac.org.pk. 5. Separate Technical quotation (in duplicate) and Commercial quotation for each category must be deposited as follows: - (a) Date of submission of tender before 1030 Hrs on 11-02-2025. DELIVERY OF TENDER. (b) Technical Offer: It shall contain all relevant specifications in a separate envelope and clearly marked Technical Offer without prices, tender number and date of opening. Biding document duly signed and stamp on each page is required to be submitted with the technical quotation. (c) Commercial Offer: It shall indicate prices quoted in figures as well as in words, along with essential literature / brochure and clearly marked on face of a separate envelope Commercial Offer with prices, tender number and date of opening?. (d) Both the Envelopes of Commercial and Technical offers should be enclosed in one cover, properly sealed and bear the address of Directorate of Central Procurement (DCP) PAC Kamra with tender number and opening date. (e). Both Technical and Commercial offer will be opened on the due time and date on single stage two envelope basis. Note: Past performance of the firms may be considered.
