Central Highland Regional Council Seeks To Replace Existing Flexible Pavement On A Landing Bay (Bay 2) At Emerald Airport With Airport Pavement Concrete (Apc). The Existing Pavement Has Exhibited Depressions Which The Proposed Concrete Apron Is To Fix. The Proposed Concrete Apron Will Be Constructed To The Existing Apron Levels And Will Be Founded On The Residual Layers Of The Existing Pavement.
