The Scope Of The Public Procurement Essentially Includes Construction And Repair And Assembly Works (Construction Works No. 5A-Canteen In Vp 2213 Of The Vasil Levski National University, With A Built-Up Area: 708,94 M2 And The Built-Up Area: 1 361, 92 M2, In Parts: Architectural, Electric, Water Supply And Sewerage And Heating, Ventilation And Air Conditioning, Described In The Attached: Model Of Quantitative-Value Account, Technical Specification And Technical Repair Assignment. In The Implementation Of The Construction Works, The Contractor Is Obliged To Comply With The Requirements Of The Construction, Technical, Technological Rules And Regulations For The Respective Activities, As Well As The Requirements Of The Contracting Authority. The Technical Requirements Are Contained In The Enclosed Technical Specification And A Technical Assignment For The Repair Of An Integral Part Of The Documentation For Participation. The Intended Quantities And Types Of Construction Works Are Detailed In The Model Of The Quantitative Account. According To Ordinance No. 1 Of July 30, 2003 On The Nomenclature Of The Types Of Construction, The Site Is In The Fourth Category, Letter B. According To Art. 5, Para. 6, Item 1.4.1 Of The Regulations For The Procedure For Entry And Keeping Of The Central Professional Register Of The Builder, In Connection With Art. 137, Para. 1, Item 4, Letter B Of The Spatial Planning Act (Zut), The Site Is The First Group, The Fourth Category. This Procedure Is Carried Out In Accordance With Art. 104, Para. 2 Of The Public Procurement Law (Inverted Order For Consideration - The Evaluation Of The Technical And Price Proposals Of The Participants Is Made Before Pre -Selection). The Order Shall Be Announced Under The Conditions Of Art. 114 Of The Public Procurement Law (Public Procurement Subject), Since No Funding Is Provided At The Opening Of The Procedure.
