The Public Procurement Is For The Supply Of Heat With A Heat Carrier Hot Water On Fixed Networks For Sites Of The National Library St. Cyril And Methodius (Nbkm), Located On The Territory Of Sofia And Is Assigned For A Period Of 24 Months. The Sites Are: A Building Of The National Library St. St. Cyril And Methodius, 88 Vasil Levski Blvd., In Which The Reporting Is Based On The Testimony Of A Heat Meter; Object - Sofia, 105 Cherkovna Str., Entry 5, Ap.22, In Which The Reporting Is In Accordance With A Share Distribution. In The Period Of Execution Of The Order, Nbkm Retains The Possibility Of Reducing Or Increasing The Number Of Objects In Which Heat Is Delivered In Case Of Acquisition Or Withdrawal Of Properties. In The Acquisition Of New Properties, The Contracting Authority Has The Right To Award The Delivery Of Heat, Under The Conditions Of This Decision And Of The Concluded As A Result Of The Conducted Procedure For The Award Of A Public Procurement Contract. At The Time Of The Procedure, It Is Not Envisaged That Objects Are Dropped Or Increasing Them. Toplofikatsiya Sofia Ead Is Obliged To Maintain A Valid License For The Production And Transfer Of Heat For The Period Of The Contract. If The License Is Not Extended, The Contract Shall Be Terminated. The Estimated Value Is Indicative And May Not Be Exhausted Or Exceeded, In View Of The Difficult To Predict The Heat Supplied.
