Quotation are invited for Thermal Camera Delivery Date: 2025/04/30 Delivery To: Electricity - Ndabeni RED1 Plant / PH: 511 0410 Delivery Address: 35 Rosemead Avenue, Wynberg Closing Date: 2025/02/06 Closing Time: 12:00 PM Description: 1 each x thermal camera Specification: * REFER TO GK12500383 The thermal camera shall: 1.1.1 Have a minimum run time of 4 hours when fully charged. 1.1.2 Have a built in USB charging port. 1.1.3 Have a lithium ion rechargeable battery. 1.1.4 Have a minimum drop test of 2m. 1.1.5 Have a field of view of between 33° x 25° and 45° x 34° 1.1.6 Have a minimum focus distance of 0.5m and be focus free. 1.1.7 Have a maximum spatial resolution of 2.6mrad 1.1.8 Have a minimum detector resolution (pixels) of 320 x 240 1.1.9 Have a minimum thermal sensitivity of 0.05°C (0.09°F) / 50mK 1.1.10 Have an accuracy specification of +-2°C or +-2% reading for ambient temperature 10°C to 35°C and object temperature above 0°C. 1.1.11 Have a minimum object temperature range of #20°C to +550°C in two ranges 1.1.12 Have an operating temperature range of at least -15° to 50° 1.1.13 Have Thermal MSX, Thermal, Picture in Picture, Thermal blending, Digital camera image modes or equivalent. 1.1.14 Have a minimum image frequency of 9Hz 1.1.15 Have a full analysis and reporting software. 1.1.16 Have a compact, pistol-shaped design. 1.1.17 Be provided with a case that provides mechanical protection and storage for the camera and all its accessories. Training Training of City of Cape Town staff shall be included in the price. Training offered shall be comprehensive, and include the following: a. Basic principles of thermal imaging; b. Operation of the thermal imager; c. Interpretation of the results.
