Expression of Interest for Goldroom Furnace for the Nyanzaga Gold Project. Expression of Interest Compliance Criteria: a) Detailed company information including ownership (provide shareholder % of ownership), organisational structure and details of any Tanzanian operating entity including evidence of local content compliance with the Tanzania Mining Commission or verification of eligibility to apply. b) Confirmation of the entitys ability and commitment to establish an entity which is local content compliant in accordance with the Tanzanian Mining Act, and particularly the Mining (Local Content) Regulations 2018 and any subsequent amendments. c) Details of current packages in process as well as evidence of successful delivery of similar scope of work to the mining industry over the last 10 years with the following details provided: i. Name of the project and client. ii. Brief scope of work. iii. Value of scope of work (indicate the applicable currency). iv. Delivery or installation date of the scope of work; and v. Contact details of a minimum of three (3) references for each project. d) If applicable, details of the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) the company will engage with for delivery of the scope of work, including: i. Name of the OEM ii. Contact details of the companys liaison officer at the OEM, or the OEMs representative covering the Tanzanian market. e) A copy of the companys sample Quality Management Plan, including a copy of a valid 1S09001:2015 accreditation. f) A copy of audited financial reports to verify companys financial capacity to deliver the scope of work. g) Ability to deliver a Goldroom furnace to process up to 48L per smelt (200kg/smelt) of dried electrowinning gold sludge, at least 3 times per week. h) Be of a proven, mine specification heavy duty design thus providing long life and reliable operation.
