Energy-Management Services-Providing Energy Services For The Purpose Of Improving The Energy Efficiency Of The Dv Zapruđe Building, Baburičina Street 11, Zagreb Under The Project Energy Renovation Of The Public Sector Building Energy Services. The Subject Of Procurement Is The Provision Of Energy Services To The Client (User) By The Energy Service Provider (Selected Bidder, Further In The Text: Provider) For The Purpose Of Improving The Energy Efficiency Of The Building, Which Involves Achieving And Maintaining A Guaranteed Energy Efficiency Level, Or Guaranteed Energy Savings To Which The Provider Obliged By Their Offer (Further In The Text: Offer) In Relation To The Reference Values Specified In Annex (Annex 2 - Reference Values) Of This Procurement Documentation, In Accordance With The Terms Of This Procurement Documentation. Energy Services Provider Guarantees That He Will Achieve A Guaranteed Level Of Improvement Of Energy Properties (Energy Efficiency) Of The Building Over The Reference Of The Public Procurement During The Contractual Period, And The Contracting Authority (User) Will Pay A Fee For Energy Service During The Contract Period) Which Is Based On The Guaranteed Level Of Energy Efficiency, That Is, The Guaranteed Savings On Energy Costs And With Energy Associated Costs. The Energy Service Consists Of The Implementation Of The Following Measures: - Design - Drafting Project Documentation (Project) To Improve The Energy Efficiency Of The Building, - Energy Renovation - Construction For The Purpose Of Implementing Energy Efficiency Measures In Accordance With The Project, - Professional Construction Control - Construction Control In Relation To Construction Construction Of Construction With Project, Construction Law, Special Regulations And Rules Of The Profession, - Energy Certification - Implementation Of Energy Inspection And Issuing An Energy Certificate After The Energy Renovation Of The Building, - Monitoring - Monitoring Of Energy Efficiency Measures, Monitoring Energy And Water Consumption, Monitoring Conditions Of Use (If The Bidder Has Committed To Monitoring The Terms Of Use) And Maintain The Epc Assets In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Contract. In Order To Eliminate Any Doubt, It Is Explained That The Subject Of Procurement Is Not Works And Services In Construction, Nor Delivery Of Goods, But The Subject Of Procurement Of Energy Services For The Energy Renovation Of The Building On The Basis Of A Long -Standing Public Procurement Agreement (Energy Effect Agreement) In Which The Energy Service Provider , In The Role Of An Investor On Someone Elses Property, Invests His Own Funds And Takes The Majority Risks Of The Implementation Of That Contract. More Detailed Clarification Of The Services In Question, The Terms Used, The Conditions And The Manner Of Executing The Service In Question Is Stated In The Contract Form. The Contract Form Is In Annex (Annex 4 - Energy Effect Agreement) Of This Procurement Documentation. With The Execution Of The Services In Question, The Provider Undertakes To Achieve Its Own Investment And During The Contractual Period To Maintain The Guaranteed Level Of Eneregs Efficiency Of The Building To Which It Has Committed Itself With Its Offer, Or The Annual Reduction Of The Energy Need For Energy Compared To The Reference Values Specified In Annex (Annex 2 - Reference Values) Procurement Documentation, With Respect For All The Terms Listed In This Document
