Tenders Are Invited For Works On The Riverbed Of The Ożarowski Channel River Through Its Mowing And Ongoing Maintenance

4.1 The Subject Of The Contract Are Services Consisting In The Ongoing Maintenance Of The Riverbed Of The Ożarowski Channel And Koszenie. The Order Of The Contract Will Be Made On The Basis Of An Agreement Concluded With The Polish Water Farm. Slope Slope 1: 1.5; Average Dna Width 1-2 M; The Depth Ranges In The Range Of 1.60- 2.96 M; Location: Ożarów Mazowiecki Commune; Western Warsaw Poviat; Masovian Voivodeship 4.2 The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract Includes:- Carrying Out Maintenance Works Of The Riverbed The Ożarów Channel, Including The Maintenance Of The Trough And Slopes, Mowing The Trough And Side, Hacking, Partial Refusal And Necessary Repairs Of A Water Arrangement In The Commune;- Maintaining Current Order And Cleanliness In The Riverbed Of The Ożarów Canal And Bilateral Operating Belts Along With The Utilization Of Collected Pollution; 4.2. 1 The Range Of Services Includes:- Manual Or Mechanical Mocking Of Slopes, Dna And Roadside With Winning And Folding In Mounds;- Cutting Off The Bushes And Suckers Growing On The Slopes, Roadside And In The Bottom With Fragrance;- Mechanical Extraction Of Plants Rooted In The Bottom;- Mechanical Spreading And Fragmentation Of Extracted Plants Rooted In The Bottom;- Cleaning And Possible Necessary Repair Of Culverts; - Dismantling Of Stuffing;- Fascination, Repair Of Damaged Slopes- Denying,- Removal Of Plant Material Or Its Fragments;- Performing The Above Works In The Event Of Emergency In Emergency Mode At The Request Of The Ordering Party. 4.5 The Detailed Description Of The Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract Was Included In This Swz And In Annex No. 2 To Swz (Excluding Titt 3), Which Consists Of:- Opz (Description Of The Subject Of The Contract),- Graphic Attachments With The Mileage Of The River Ożarowski Channel,- A Bill Of Quantities Determining The Expected Scope Of Work- Annex No. 1 To Swz.4.6 Annex 1 The Swz Contains An Expected Quantitative Scope Of Work To Be Carried Out. The Contracting Authority Reserves The Ability To Introduce Changes In The Type Of Work (Numbers And Times), As Well As The Use Of Replacement Works From Individual Items Of Annex 1 To Swz.4.7 The Manner Also Reserves The Right To Change The Times Of Individual Activities Resulting From The Predominance Of Consumption For Current Needs And Environmental Conditions During The Duration Of The Service, E.G. Due To High Stations. In Particular, It Is 50% Reduced By Position 10, 18 From The Bill Of Quantities In Favor Of Items 3, 11, 12, 22 Of The Maintenance. From The Findings And Arrangements Made During The Performance Of The Subject Of The Contract, In Particular The Arrangements With The Employer. 4.9 The Contracting Authority In Special Cases (Threat To Life Or Property) Reserves The Right To Order (In Writing, Electronically Or By Phone By Sms) Of Taking Intervention, Not Included In Order For A Given Period, And Specified In Annex 1 To Swz.
