1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Delivery And Assembly Of A Sweeping Platform For Disabled People At Primary School No. 3 In Libiąż, Ul. Saint. Barbara 5, 32-590 Libiąż-1 Pc. 2. The Platform Will Be Mounted By The Stairs Inside The Above -Mentioned Building. The Basic Purpose Of The Platform Will Be Transporting A Person In A Wheelchair. 3. The Platform Must Be Made So That The Staircase Meets The Requirements Of Fire Protection. In Particular In Terms Of Stairs Width. 4. The Platform Must Have All Required Regulations For Use In Public Facilities, Including The Decision Of The Office Of Technical Inspection Authorizing The Operation Of The Platform. 5. The Contractor Will Prepare And Transfer To The Employer Executive Documentation, Obtain At His Own Expense The Decision (Certificate, Certificate) Of Admission Of The Platform For Use By The Required Institutions (Including The Office Of Technical Inspection) And Will Participate In The Udt Registration Examination. 6. As Part Of The Contract, The Contractor Will Train Min. 2 Persons Indicated By The Contracting Authority In The Field Of Service Of The Installed Platform. 7. The Delivered Subject Of The Contract, Built -In Materials Constituting The Subject Of The Contract Will Be Factory New And Complete, The Highest Species, Will Come From Current Production And Have Technical Parameters Required By The Contracting Authority. 8. The Subject Of The Contract May Not Come From Any Shows, Nor Will It Be Charged With Rights To Third Parties And Will Not Violate The Rights Of Third Parties And Will Meet The Requirements Of Polish And European Law. 9. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Annex 4 To Swz. 10. The Contractor Is Obliged To Fulfill The Order On The Principles And Conditions Described In Swz, As Well As In The Contract Template Constituting Annex 3 To Swz.
