1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Delivery Of Paper, Hereinafter Referred To As Paper, For The Department Of Printing Of The University Of Gdańsk. 2. Classification Code Of The Common Order Dictionary (Cpv): 30197630-1 (Printing Paper), 37823800-1 (Multilayer Paper And Cardboard) .3. The Term Successive Delivery Should Be Understood As The Implementation Of Partial Orders In Various Quantities Based On Individual Orders Placed Electronically (Via E -Mail) By The Department Of Printing Of The University Of Gdańsk. 4. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Annex 1A To Swz - Subject -Price Form. 5. The Order Includes: 1) Successive Delivery Of Paper As Part Of Partial Orders, Within The Time Limit Specified In Chapter V Point 3 Of Swz, 2) Bringing The Paper To The Place Indicated By The Contracting Authority. 6. The Place Of Delivery Of The Paper Will Be The Department Of Printing Of The University Of Gdańsk, Ul. Armii Krajowej 119/121, 81-824 Sopot.7. Estimated (Anticipated) Scale Of The Contracting Authoritys Needs During The Contract Is Given In Annex 1A To Swz. The Employer Reserves That The Number Of Individual Items Of Paper, Indicated In Annex 1A To Swz, Are Forecast (Estimated) Amounts That Are Not Binding On The Contracting Authority. The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right To Change The Amount Of Paper Indicated In Annex 1A To Swz, Which Will Not Constitute A Change Of The Contract. The Actual Number Of Individual Items Of Paper Will Result From The Current Needs Of The Employer, And The Total Gross Remuneration Of The Contractor Will Not Exceed The Total Price Of The Offer. 8. The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right To Resign From The Implementation Of Part Of The Subject Of The Contract By Resigning By A Maximum Of 20% Of The Gross Value Of Remuneration. In This Case, The Contractor Is Not Entitled To Any Claims In Relation To The Employer. The Provided For Resignation Will Cause An Appropriate Change In The Final Value Of The Remuneration Due To The Contractor And Does Not Constitute A Change Of The Contract Requiring The Annex.
