The Evaluation Should Include The Following Items: - Assessment Of Collaborative Costs And Benefits, Both For The Policy Instruments And The Applicant Consortia, In The Short And Long-Term - Assessment Of Potential Socio -Economic Effects - Enter A Selection Of The Specific Projects And Look At Results, Including Expected Environmental Gains And Spreading Effects - Take A Closer Look At A Selection Of Projects That Have Sought Support And Rejected; What Is The Status - Have The Consortiums Proceeded With The Projects They Have Applied For And Received Other Financing, Etc. - Assessment Of What Gives The Best Effect On The Goal Of Green Restructuring And Sustainable Development; Funds For Large Projects Under The Auspices Of The Green Platform, Or Funds For Smaller Projects Through Other Schemes In The Policy Instrument. Relevant Schemes To Look At In This Connection Include: The Environmental Technology Scheme Under Innovation Norway, Innovation Projects In The Business (Ipn) Under The Research Council And The Catapult Scheme Under Siva.
